PSE&G Customer Service Center

Revamping the previous space of a 7-11 convenience store, this new 3,500 s.f. PSE&G customer service center was fit out within the first floor of an existing multi-story mixed use residential / retail building.  All aspects of the project represented new construction and infrastructure set within the existing building shell, including new mechanical and electrical systems.    While ensuring employee and customer efficiency and comfort, the project was rigorously designed for LEED Silver and WELL Building compliance.   This included the careful selection of materials for sustainability as well as enhancing the center’s upbeat environment.
