Territorial Hospital Offices

This project represented the fit-out of 5000 s.f. of new offices for the Virgin Islands Territorial Hospital Redesign Team. Starting with raw unfinished space, the completed facility includes multiple new offices, large and small conference rooms, a secured reception area, break area, bathrooms, and miscellaneous support spaces. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are all new, and were coordinated to the building’s utility connections.  Strategic areas of glass serve to optimize incoming daylight throughout this entire second floor facility.
