Margaritaville Vacation Club Restaurant

Wyndham Vacation Ownership, in association with Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville, are the developers for the overall $100M resort redevelopment project. Located on the beach of St. Thomas’ Smith Bay, this new 10,000 s.f. restaurant building is a cornerstone of the project’s first phase. The restaurant features a themed dining room and bar with large overhead doors to open the space to the tropical breezes, multipurpose buffet and stage area, and a significant “back of house” kitchen and support area. Our firm carried the responsibility for the design coordination of no less than one dozen other supporting consulting firms on the project. The project was executed under a highly aggressive schedule, and weathered multiple significant changes of the scope. Its opening has been highly successful.
