XenoBiotic Laboratories

Xenobiotic Laboratories provides metabolic fate testing services to its clients – the study of the potential effects of new chemicals and compounds as they are introduced into the environment. A 39,000 s.f. fit-out of raw space, this facility included multiple wet laboratories, large instrumentation lab, multiple walk-in coolers and freezers, and numerous specialized lab support and testing spaces.   Lab facilities were designed to meet FDA and EPA certification standards. Large areas of glass along the central corridors serve to open up the visibility to the various lab and support areas within the facility. A new 10,000 s.f. mezzanine was added to the building to serve their future expansion needs. An administrative area includes offices, conference facilities, and visitor accommodation
