A new 2-story wood-framed building in Historic Downtown Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI with office areas on the ground floor and classrooms on the second floor. The ground floor exterior wall is part of a much older building that was left derelict for many years and has been refurbished, strengthened and included in the new building, along with many typical Carribean details such as the operable shutters, sidewalk arcade & vibrant coloring, to integrate the building with its surroundings. The building has been designed to safely weather major storms and hurricanes. Plans for additional classrooms and offices are awaiting additional funding. |

The Administration building houses office functions, employee locker rooms, security and marketing. The Lab building includes laboratories and storage for testing of the products. The Barrel Filling building includes space for an automated Barrel Filling system as well as offices and support spaces for the supervisors and employees. |
